The rooms

Every wedding starts with the right room.

The room shapes everything — how guests arrive, where speeches land, how dinner flows into dancing. Choose the setup that matches the day you are imagining.

Kjøkkenhallen

Warm, intimate, close to the kitchen.

Ceremony, dinner, and aperitif all stay in one connected space. The kitchen is steps away, so every course arrives at temperature. When the weather opens up, guests drift naturally out to Perrongen.

Gamlebyen Festhall

Grand, open, panoramic city views.

Tall ceilings and wide sight lines give speeches room to breathe. The Festhall works best for formal dinner service and evening celebrations that need dance floor space alongside seated guests.

Full venue, clear transitions.

How it works

From first message to last dance.

One concierge, one conversation, no handoffs. Every decision stays in the same thread.

01

Share what matters

Tell concierge your date, guest count, and the feeling you want. We start with the room, not the menu.

02

Shape the day together

We align room, menu style, service pacing, and ceremony flow so every practical decision supports the atmosphere.

03

Confirm the details

Timeline, dietary needs, contact roles, and logistics are captured in one conversation — no channel-switching.

04

We take it from here

Kitchen and venue follow one shared plan. From first arrival to last dance, the team behind the scenes stays invisible.

FAQ

Questions couples ask before choosing a venue.

If your question is not here, the concierge can answer it directly.

Can we use both rooms for one wedding?

Yes. Combined bookings let you create distinct moods for ceremony, dinner, and evening — all at the same address. Most full-day weddings use this format.

What does the concierge conversation look like?

You share date, guest count, and your vision. We guide you through room choice, menu direction, and timeline. The same concierge stays with you through planning — no handoffs or new contacts.

How do you handle dietary needs and allergies?

We map dietary requirements early so every menu decision accounts for your full guest list. The kitchen adjusts individual plates without changing the overall menu structure.

Can we visit the venue before committing?

Absolutely. After the first concierge conversation we can arrange a walkthrough so you experience the rooms, transitions, and terrace in person.

What is included in the wedding packages?

The base package covers aperitif, finger food, a three-course menu, wine package, room hire, and full staffing. The deluxe adds refill aperitif, coffee, bar vouchers, night food, AV equipment, and cake service.

Do you provide decoration and styling?

The rooms have strong character on their own — exposed beams, industrial lighting, city views. Most couples keep decoration minimal. We can coordinate with external florists and stylists if needed.
